As an Account Manager with Flex IT you are expected to organize your working time in what we call the Daily Mandatory Structure (DMS); meaning that you will spend 25% of your time hunting and generating new leads and customers, 25% of your time will be spent developing existing and recently acquired customer base, while the remaining 50% of your time will be spent on after sales follow-up and procedures.
The Daily Mandatory Structure (DMS) will play a fundamental role in developing yourself as a strong sales individual, but also in developing future growth and meeting the established KPI’s of the organization as a whole.
