Customer Service is at the heart of what we do. We have a team of dedicated Demo Account Managers managing the day to day activities and communications with our customers and providing first class customer service. The Account Managers are being led by our Client Relationship Manager.

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Build up the client relationship for the designated segment of activity assigned to you; actively support new users through their initial use of the brand portal; develop a suite of rules and process requirements and ensure awareness of the Client specifics; develop the relationship with Client key decision-makers; be fully aware of the commercial arrangements between AD and the Client.
  • Manage the incoming flow of requests, making sure key performance metrics are met – check accuracy and ensure authorisation is in place; assign inventory and delivery details; assess, discuss and process non-standard requests; work effectively with internal systems to ensure equipment is ready to support requests; ensure proactive and effective communications.
  • Assist with the process of managing the demo pool equipment profile – manage equipment pool effectively and proactively in line with each Client’s contractual requirements.
  • Ensure the successful delivery of demo equipment at the customer site – assess possible and decide on best options for achieving the required timescales; ensure delivery requirements are clarified in detail; prepare documentation for carriers and AD transport team; anticipate potential issues; ensure smooth execution and excellent communications throughout the entire process.
  • Manage the loan up to the point that a successful collection is arranged – deal with enquiries and resolve any issues; use internal tools to effectively maximise efficiency of collection arranging process; ensure collection requirements are clarified in detail, prepare documentation for carriers and AD transport team; ensure smooth execution and effective communications throughout the entire process.
  • Resolve issues arising from engineer checks against equipment received back from customers – manage recovery of parts not returned or returned damaged and manage any relevant issues and processes e.g. communications, recovery, invoicing, etc.
  • Be a team player – provide cover for team members; assist in process development and improvement exercises; take ownership and responsibility for a designated set of activities that are part of the team effort and your own development plan.

Skills & Competences

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a customer focused role;
  • Interested in and knowledge of current IT hardware (desirable);
  • Self-motivated, use own initiative but at the same time be a great team player;
  • Eager to learn and able to adapt quickly in an ever-changing environment;
  • Possess a growth mind set, be solution and problem solving orientated;
  • Strong language skills that employ positive language and can be applied to the technology sector;
  • Good relationship building skills;
  • Strong computer literacy skills;
  • Excellent telephone skills;
  • Keen, proactive and enthusiastic with an upbeat personality.
