The Account Manager reports to the Team Leader Sales, who in turn reports directly to our Director of Sales, located in Netherlands. Overall our sales team is 90+ men strong across 8 regions in Europe.

Tasks & Responsibilities

As an Account Manager you will be responsible for approaching and opening new leads & clients in your region, with the ambitious aim of achieving turnover targets and realizing growth. Approaching, qualifying and closing new clients is something that gives you a kick. You like to pick up the phone and have an outbound position.

The type of Flex IT Distribution customers:

The customers the resource will target are IT resellers who, as such, continually need to purchase new hardware for their installations. This is Business to Business selling.

The main objective of the resource will be the activation of new customers and the development of the latter over time.

The work environment is totally focused on sales. Flex IT guarantees a stimulating and exciting environment where you can develop your commercial skills and, upon reaching the monthly goals, have important economic returns

Flex IT Distribution, a Dutch multinational operating in IT distribution, is the first distributor specialized in Circular IT and eco-sustainable Hardware in Europe, present in over 10 countries.

Search and activation of new customers in Belgium.

Profit generation in relation to monthly targets.

Daily outbound calls to potential new customers (cold calling).

Daily outbound calls to existing customers.

Management of quotation requests via email and telephone.
