In the position of Account Manager, you will be responsible for customer management and the generation of opportunities in all businesses. We work in accordance with the indirect sales model and you work together in this with our Marketing department and your colleagues at Sales and Operations.
It will be your task to make new customer contacts and to maintain and/or develop further existing customer contacts. Our customers will approach you for hardware solutions for their ICT problems. You will present these to them with the best possible solution. You will counsel them during the sales process and keep them informed throughout. You will be acquainted with the developments in the market and give feedback based on which the marketing and sales targets may be adjusted.
The work environment is strongly marketing and sales oriented. Depending on your own input, you will have the opportunity to increasingly develop your commercial skills and product knowledge in the framework of our Quality and Customer Satisfaction policy. This is done through focused sales and product training courses in the framework of our Quality and Customer Satisfaction policy.
