Your day follows UK office hours (you start at 10h00 Bulgarian time), and consists of:
- Process sales orders;
- Guide the sales process, make sure that internal orders are shipping on time while keeping account managers informed of the status;
- Advise and support all stakeholders throughout the order process (account management, customer service department, accounts receivable);
- Assist account managers with questions regarding orders, systems and processes;
- Manage changes and issues in the order process and helping to find solutions;
- Proactively verify and chase on delayed orders;
- Participate and cooperate in improvement plans.
