Talent Acquisition Business Partner

As an Account Support Administrator you will be the linking-pin between sales and all other departments. Your main responsibility will be to support a large key accounts within their administrative needs. And while doing so this role will also give you the opportunity to work closely with other departments within the organization. Your days are busy and spent communicating internally with colleagues in different departments and offices throughout the company to ensure the order process runs smoothly. In addition to being service-oriented, you are also administratively savvy, and solution focused.

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Processing sales orders.
  • Guiding the sales process, making sure that internal orders are shipped on time, while keeping account managers informed of the status.
  • Advise and support all stakeholders throughout the order process (i.e. account management, customer service department, accounts receivable).
  • Assisting account managers with questions regarding orders, systems and processes.
  • Manage changes and issues in the order process and helping to find solutions.
  • Proactively verifying and chasing on delayed orders.
  • Participating and cooperating in improvement plans.

Qualifications Required

  • GCSE (or equivalent) Maths, English at grade 4 or above desirable but not essential.

Intermediate Apprenticeship in Business Administration.

This apprenticeship is delivered through work-based learning, this means that all training is done at the workplace eliminating the need to attend college. The successful candidate will be allocated an assessor who will be available to deliver all the training needed, to gain the qualification and provide the resources to complete the work.

 

  1. Future Prospects

The successful candidate has the opportunity to become a full-time permanent member of the team and will also be involved in further training opportunities. We are a growing business and there will be opportunities to divert into other roles in the future, which will be fully supported by senior members of the team.
