To further substantiate the developments within our organization and the Rental side of our business we are looking for an eager Junior Account Manager & Sales Support who has the aspirations to grow into an Account Manager within a short time.

Talent Acquisition Business Partner

As a Junior Account Manager & Sales Support you are the spider in the web to our Rent sales team across three locations (The Netherlands, Germany, UK). You are in close contact with the Senior Account Managers and support them where necessary. You take care of, process orders and answer the phone when Account Managers are in conversations. You create Ideal links for the payment of orders and support Account Managers with ad-hoc queries about our ERP and CRM systems. In addition to supporting the Account Managers, you are responsible for process the online orders that are received through our e-commerce platform.

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Be a pivotal member of the Rent sales team, focusing on supporting our Account Manager, whilst honing your own sales skills as Junior Account Manager in development for your future growth within Flex IT.
  • A solid new business developer, who is not afraid to pick up the phone and generate new business leads as a Junior Account Manager.
  • Be a solid rock between Rent and various departments, communicating openly and clearly to ensure our process and output quality is best in class.
  • Building direct relationships our core customers, and team within your area of operation to drive sales success and grow our business.
  • Maintaining an open mind to learn about our business, products, and market.
  • Continuously grow and maintain the customer base, where feasible and based on own initiative.
  • Remain involved and help drive sales initiatives, in order to grow our market share and name.

Skills & Competences

  • You have a higher educational thinking-level.
  • You have experience in working with ERP and CRM systems.
  • You have strong communication skills in both English and Swedish to be able to support the applicable customer base.
  • You are a true multitasker, being able to juggle between operational an administrative task.
  • You have a commercial and service oriented mindset.
  • You are accurate and strong in your communication and can interact with people of different levels.
