As the Team Leader Sales at Flex IT (Dreieich, Germany) your role will be to motivate through direction, instructions, and guidance to all members of your sales team, in-line with the company strategic objectives for your region. Tasks & Responsibilities
What your day may look like:
You will be developing strategic plans for growth and market share acquisition, alongside your Regional Sales Manager;
With your local content awareness, you will help develop the sales strategy for the local market in corporation with the Regional Sales Manager based on the Company Strategy;
You will make sure that your team and yourself execute the daily productivity structure according to your Regional Sales Manger and the company’s KPI’s;
Continuously inspire and motivate your team to deliver the company objectives, through your own ‘go-getter’ attitude;
You will have a helicopter overview and managing the sales pipeline for the German team;
You will help implement sales plan’s for each individual team member that fits their experience, yet challenges their capacity for growth;
You will visit key accounts to ensure relationships are continuously developed and strengthened;
Monitor KPI’s and provide regular feedback and coaching to your team, based on the data;
You will play a key role in hiring and training new employees.
Skills & Competences
You possess a minimum of three years (tele)sales and Account Management work experience in the business to business and/or ICT market;
You have high levels of compassion and integrity;
You have an instinctive capability to not only lead but also inspire your team, and create a high level of trust and respect;
You should be confident in setting long term goals and executing your priorities;
Adaptability should be a second-to-none skill of yours, as you will be dealing in a dynamic ever changing environment;
You are strong in your communication skills, in English as well as German.
