As the Team Leader Sales at Flex IT (Netherlands) your role will be to motivate through direction, instructions, and guidance to all members of your sales team, in-line with the company strategic objectives for your region. Next to being responsible for all local activities, you will represent Flex IT Netherlands and be the ambassador and face of the company for this location. What your day may look like
- You will be developing strategic plans for growth and market share acquisition, alongside your Sales Director, located in Italy.
- With your local market knowledge, you will help develop the sales strategy for the local market in corporation with the Sales Director based on the Company Strategy.
- You will make sure that your team and yourself execute the daily productivity structure according to the company’s KPI’s.
- Continuously inspire and motivate your team to deliver the company objectives, through your own ‘go-getter’ attitude.
- You will have a helicopter overview and managing the sales pipeline for the Dutch team.
- You will help implement sales plans for each individual team member that fits their experience, yet challenges their capacity for growth.
- You will visit key accounts to ensure relationships are continuously developed and strengthened.
- Monitor KPI’s and provide weekly feedback and coaching to your team, based on the data.
- You will play a key role in in hiring and training new employees to join your team, as needed.
